Todd Treacy is a seasoned executive and trusted advisor with more than four decades of experience in leadership, finance, operations, and distribution management. In his role as Senior Management Advisor at Lighting Unlimited, Todd provides strategic guidance and operational insight to support the company’s long-term growth, organizational development, and continued success.
Todd’s diverse career spans multiple industries, including precious metals manufacturing, auto body parts, packaging and janitorial supplies, and lighting distribution. His early experience in controller and internal audit roles helped build a strong foundation in financial management and operational strategy. Over the years, he advanced into executive leadership positions including CFO, COO, and Vice President of Finance and Operations for several distribution organizations, where he developed a reputation for driving efficiency, strengthening financial performance, and building high-performing teams.
Throughout his tenure at Lighting Unlimited, Todd has served in several key leadership capacities, including financial consultant, CFO, CFO/COO, and CEO. These roles provided him with a deep understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and strategic priorities, making him a valuable advisor to the organization’s leadership team.
Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Outside of work, Todd is passionate about sports and has been an avid ice hockey player for more than 50 years, appreciating both the competition and camaraderie of team athletics. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new countries and cultures.
