His ability to combine hospitality-driven service with technical product knowledge allows him to effectively meet customer needs and deliver practical, reliable solutions.
Prior to his current role, Robby held positions as a Counter Associate and Inside Sales team member with Lighting Unlimited. He also gained valuable experience as a Lighting Consultant at Lamps Plus, further strengthening his expertise in customer engagement and lighting solutions.

He attended Northern Arizona University and Coconino Community College, complementing his practical experience with continued learning.
