Jeremy Kniffin serves as the Peoria Store Manager, bringing over 16 years of experience in the lighting and electrical supply industry. In his role, he oversees daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
Jeremy is responsible for managing order fulfillment from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, timely shipping and delivery, and a high level of customer satisfaction. He maintains a safe, organized, and efficient environment across both the warehouse and showroom, while also supporting sales of lighting parts and supplies.
A hands-on leader, Jeremy works directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, phone orders, and order processing. His responsibilities also include entering orders into the system, pulling and loading materials, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
Before becoming Store Manager, Jeremy built a strong foundation in counter and inside sales, both within the company and throughout his career. His previous experience includes roles with Dakota Supply Group, City Electric Supply, and Crescent Electric Supply, where he developed deep product knowledge and customer service expertise.
Jeremy has completed multiple industry training programs, including the GE Lighting Institute Fundamentals of Lighting course and the NADA Electrical Products Education program, achieving Bronze, Silver, and Gold certifications.
Outside of work, Jeremy is passionate about music. He plays bass guitar in two bands and enjoys collecting vinyl records.
