With 26 years of professional experience across marketing, sales, and business development, Heather Shaw brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for growth to her role as Business Development Manager. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing website and social media management, driving marketing initiatives, and planning and executing events and training programs that support both customer engagement and organizational success.
Heather has held multiple positions within her current company, including Outside Sales and Sales Manager, giving her a well-rounded understanding of client needs and internal operations. Prior to that, she served as a Territory Sales Representative with Black & Decker/DeWalt, where she strengthened her sales expertise and built lasting industry relationships.
A proud graduate of The University of Iowa, Heather majored in Marketing—Go Hawks! She has been actively involved in the electrical contracting community, serving on the A&T Committee of the IEC of Arizona for the past seven years.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Heather is a proud military mom. Her son, Logan, is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps—an honor that inspires her every day.
