David brings nearly 24 years of diverse professional experience to his role as Scottsdale Store Manager, where he supports counter sales, oversees warehouse operations, manages inventory, and leads and develops staff to keep daily operations running smoothly and customer service standards high.

His career spans three distinct industries: 14 years in fine dining hospitality, 6 years in specialty food distribution, and 4 years in lighting and energy solutions. This varied background has given David a well-rounded skill set that includes operations management, inventory control, team leadership, supply chain coordination, sales support, and project coordination for lighting and energy initiatives. He also brings deep food and beverage expertise, with particular knowledge of specialty meats, cheese, and dairy.

David’s career began in professional kitchens, where he trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and went on to serve as Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Chef in Michelin-starred restaurants. He later moved into specialty food distribution as a Sales and Account Manager, and subsequently worked in project and sales roles within the lighting industry, contributing to major LED retrofit and EV charging initiatives — including helping lead the successful completion of a $400K LED retrofit project and a $2.8M EV charger project.

Outside of work, David is a devoted father and husband. He’s also a self-described HAM radio enthusiast, a dedicated gym-goer, and — by his own admission — someone who “pretends” to play the guitar.
