Lighting Unlimited is confident in all products that we represent; we make your satisfaction our top priority. If you experience a product failure, are provided with an incorrect product, or are otherwise dissatisfied, we are happy to work with you to return the product. Many times manufacturers provide warranties which we are happy to handle on your behalf. Unopened products, or products in good repair can be returned over the counter, or picked up by a member of our staff. For failures as a result of operator error, mis-specified custom fixtures, or opened/installed special order items a re-stocking fee may apply if items are returnable. For non web orders Lighting Unlimited offers free next day delivery on in-stock items for orders greater than $75 in the Phoenix metro area. For orders less than $75 a $25 delivery fee may apply. For special order items, freight fees may apply depending on the size of the order and the manufacturer. For deliveries, our driver is instructed to collect a signature unless otherwise noted. We will make every effort once on site to contact instructed personnel, but if unavailable we will delay delivery to ensure the satisfaction of our other customers. If you have special instructions for delivery, or would like to waive the signature, please let us know so that we can best accommodate your business needs. Orders must be paid in advance or have payment planned at the time of delivery. If order is yet to be paid, we reserve the right to refuse product if payment is not ready at the time of delivery.
